The carbonization machine adopts low emission pyrolysis design.It processes sawdust under oxygen limited high temperature conditions,outputting stable biochar that can be used for barbecue charcoal,soil amendment.Flammable gas produced during carbonization can be recycled to support system heating,cutting overall energy consumption.

Zhengzhou Jiutian's engineering team customized the equipment configuration to fit the customer's site layout and raw material features.Following successful commissioning,the complete production facility maintains consistent uptime and satisfies the client’s output and quality requirements.
