Recently, Zhengzhou Jiutian successfully completed the manufacturing and commissioning of a biomass activated carbon production system. This equipment is primarily designed for the efficient carbonization and activation of materials such as coconut shells, wood chips, fruit shells, and agricultural waste, providing clients with a reliable solution for resource recycling and the production of high-quality activated carbon.

This activated carbon system features a continuous production design, boasting advantages such as a high degree of automation, superior thermal efficiency, and stable operation. The equipment allows for precise control over carbonization temperatures and activation times, thereby effectively enhancing the adsorption performance and overall quality of the finished activated carbon products. These products find wide application in fields including water treatment, air purification, industrial desulfurization, and new energy materials.

Currently, the project has entered its formal production phase; the equipment is operating stably, and the quality of the finished activated carbon meets the client's expectations. The client noted that this production line has effectively improved raw material utilization rates and increased product added value, laying a solid foundation for the company's future expansion into the international activated carbon market.
