The Biomass Carbonization Machine is specially designed for converting wood sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings, and other woody biomass waste into high-quality biomass charcoal and biochar. It provides an efficient solution for the resource utilization of wood-processing residues while helping customers reduce biomass waste and create value-added carbon products.

Before carbonization, the raw materials can be dried and properly prepared according to their moisture content and particle size. The prepared sawdust and wood chips are then continuously fed into the carbonization system, where they are heated under controlled oxygen-limited conditions. Through precise temperature control and uniform heating, the volatile components in the biomass are gradually released, leaving behind carbon-rich biomass charcoal.
The produced wood sawdust charcoal can be further processed for different applications, including BBQ charcoal, briquette charcoal, industrial solid fuel, soil amendment, and biochar production. For customers producing charcoal briquettes, the carbonized material can also be crushed, mixed with a suitable binder, and formed into different shapes and sizes.
The machine can be configured according to different types of wood biomass, production capacities, moisture contents, and final product requirements. Its continuous feeding and carbonization design helps achieve stable operation, efficient heat utilization, and consistent charcoal quality.
