Palm shell is a common agricultural waste whose main components are palm silk and lignin. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and resource utilization, palm shell carbonization equipment has become one of the effective ways to utilize palm shell resources.
Due to the characteristics of palm shell, its surface is covered with palm silk, which makes the whole body relatively hard and difficult to carbonize directly. Before carbonizing palm shells, the palm shells first need to be pretreated and crushed.
1. Raw material preparation: Due to the characteristics of palm shell, its surface is covered with palm silk, which makes the whole body relatively hard and difficult to carbonize directly. Before carbonizing palm shells, the palm shells first need to be pretreated and crushed.
2. Carbonization in carbonization furnace: Send the broken palm shells into the carbonization furnace for carbonization treatment. In the carbonization furnace, palm shells are exposed to high temperatures and low oxygen, converting organic matter into solid char through a pyrolysis reaction and releasing flammable gas.
3. Collection and processing of carbonization products: After carbonization treatment, palm shells are converted into palm shell charcoal. Palm shell charcoal can be collected and processed through screening, grinding and other process steps to obtain palm shell charcoal products that meet the requirements of fineness and particle shape.
