Intermittent carbonization furnace and continuous carbonization furnace are two different types of carbonization equipment. There are some obvious differences in their operation methods and working principles.
Intermittent carbonization furnace: This type of furnace operates periodically and usually includes the steps of loading raw materials, sealing the furnace door, heating, carbonizing and unloading. Once a carbonization cycle is completed, the furnace stops and awaits the next operation. The equipment has a relatively simple structure and is easy to operate. It is suitable for small-scale production and does not require high production speed.
Continuous carbonization furnace: It operates continuously, raw materials continue to enter the furnace, and finished products are continuously output. Due to continuous operation, energy consumption is usually lower and productivity is higher.
Overall, the choice between batch and continuous carbonization furnaces depends on specific production needs and scale. On a smaller scale, where production speed is not a major consideration, batch carbonization furnaces may be a cost-effective option. For large-scale and efficient production requirements, a continuous carbonization furnace may be more suitable.
