1. Preparation of wood raw materials. The size of carbonized wood raw materials requires a diameter of <20mm and a moisture content of less than or equal to 15%. Only such wood particles can ensure uniform heating during the carbonization process.
2. Preheat before carbonization. We send the processed wood particles into the carbonization equipment, and the wood chips flow into the inner cylinder. The temperature is about 100 degrees Celsius, which allows the moisture and gas in the wood chips to be released.
3. Warm carbonization. After the wood has been preheated, it is pushed into the outer barrel of the device. The temperature of the outer cylinder is significantly higher than that of the inner cylinder (about 500 degrees Celsius). At this temperature, the wood begins to decompose and gradually forms solid carbon.
4. Cool after carbonization. When the wood is carbonized, it will automatically flow into the cooling machine, the purpose of which is to reduce the charcoal to normal temperature. This ensures the quality and stability of the charcoal.
