How to Easily Produce High-Quality Straw Charcoal with a Carbonizer

The straw is dried to ensure a moderate moisture content (typically below 15%) and screened to remove impurities. The pre-treated straw is evenly fed into the carbonizer via an automatic feeding system, ensuring a stable subsequent process.

 

In a sealed reaction chamber, the equipment precisely controls temperature and oxygen content. The straw undergoes high-temperature pyrolysis in an oxygen-deficient environment. The volatiles are cracked and extracted (and recycled as fuel gas), and the remaining material is converted into straw charcoal with a stable carbon structure. This process is fully controlled to avoid over-carbonization and coking.

 

The high-temperature charcoal product enters a rapid cooling system, where it cools and solidifies in an airtight environment, locking in its pore structure. The resulting straw charcoal particles are uniform, have a high carbon content, and possess strong adsorption properties, making them suitable for direct use in soil improvement or industrial applications.
