A complete carbon based fertilizer production line is engineered to co process palm shell and kitchen waste, unlocking new circular economy pathways for organic waste disposal.
Palm shell is pyrolyzed in the carbonization module to create porous biochar as the carbon skeleton. After sorting, dewatering and fermentation pretreatment, kitchen waste provides rich organic matter and nutrients. The whole line includes raw material handling, carbonization, mixing, granulation and drying sections.Operators can flexibly adjust the mixing ratio of biochar and fermented kitchen waste according to local raw material features.
The final carbon based fertilizer improves soil porosity, retains water and nutrients, lessens nutrient runoff, and boosts crop yield. It works well for orchards, vegetable plantations and large scale farmland.
This production line solves the headache of stacking palm shell by-products and kitchen waste landfill issues. It cuts methane release from rotting organics and avoids open burning of palm shells. The system is adaptable for small and medium waste recycling projects, helping operators gain revenue from waste recycling while achieving carbon reduction targets.
