The horizontal carbonization furnace simulates the way of burning charcoal in an earth kiln. It heats and decomposes under the condition of isolating air. The flammable gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen produced during the carbonization process are obtained through the flue gas purification system. The self-distribution air burner heats the carbonization pipe to achieve the purpose of carbonization. The workflow is as follows:
1. Material loading: Place the materials in the working room of the carbonization furnace.
2. Heating and carbonization: The carbonization furnace will heat the materials in the studio to high temperatures. At high temperatures, the carbon in the material reacts with a carbon source in the atmosphere (usually a carbon source gas such as methane, ammonia, etc.), resulting in the formation of carbides.
3. Cooling: Once the carbonization process is completed, the carbonization furnace will gradually cool down so that the processed materials can be taken out safely.
Horizontal carbonization furnace is usually used for carbonization of bamboo charcoal, sawdust charcoal, fruit shell charcoal, rice husk charcoal and other materials. It has the advantages of environmental protection, smoke-free, high charcoal yield, simple and easy operation, etc. It is deeply loved by the majority of users and is also widely used in industry.
