Coconut shells are an abundant biomass waste generated by coconut processing, but untreated shells are difficult to dispose of and have relatively low direct utilization value. Converting these waste coconut shells into carbonized products provides an effective way to increase their value while reducing biomass waste.
The Continuous Coconut Shell Biomass Carbonization Machine is specially designed to process coconut shells through a controlled oxygen-limited carbonization process. After proper feeding and heating, the coconut shells are gradually converted into carbon-rich coconut shell charcoal. Because the equipment adopts continuous feeding and discharging, it is suitable for stable and large-scale biomass carbonization production.

During the carbonization process, volatile gases released from the coconut shells can be collected and used as a supplementary fuel for the heating system. This helps reduce external fuel consumption and improves overall energy utilization. The carbonization temperature and residence time can also be adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw material and the required final product.
The produced coconut shell charcoal can be used as a raw material for BBQ charcoal, shisha charcoal, biochar, activated carbon, and other carbon-based products. For customers with large quantities of coconut shell waste, the continuous carbonization system provides a practical solution for converting low-value biomass residues into higher-value carbon products.
