1. 2. By precisely controlling the heating rate (5-10℃/min) and residence time (30-120min), the carbonization yield can reach 25-35% of the raw material quality.

3. Activation:The physical activation system integrates a high-temperature steam generator to achieve a 200% increase in micropore expansion rate at 850-950℃. The chemical activation unit adopts a KOH cyclic impregnation process, and the activator recovery rate reaches more than 85%. The composite activation technology developed by our company can make the BET specific surface area exceed 2000m²/g, and the iodine adsorption value reaches more than 1100mg/g.

 

4. Post-processing process optimization:The ultrasonic countercurrent washing system can remove 99% of the activator residues, and the three-stage centrifugal dehydration equipment reduces the moisture content to less than 5%. The microwave drying system saves 40% energy compared to traditional hot air drying, and the particle size sorting accuracy can reach ±0.1mm. The intelligent packaging line integrates metal detection and vacuum nitrogen filling functions to ensure stable product quality.
